Refund & Cancellation Policy.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, cancellations, refunds and payouts work on the CreatorsBay platform, operated by Concept Crafters, a Partnership firm registered in India. It forms part of our Terms of Service. All payments and payouts are processed securely through Razorpay.

1. How Payments Work

CreatorsBay is a marketplace. Brands add funds to an in-app Wallet and use them to fund campaigns and deals with Creators. When a deal is created, the relevant amount may be held by the Platform until the deal is completed or resolved. Creators earn into their Wallet and withdraw to their verified UPI/bank account.

2. Wallet Top-Ups

Funds you add to your Wallet are intended to be used on the Platform. Unused, unallocated Wallet balance can be refunded to your original payment method on written request, subject to identity/KYC verification and after deduction of any non-refundable payment-gateway charges. Amounts already allocated to or spent on a completed deal are not refundable as Wallet top-ups.

3. Campaign & Deal Cancellations

• Before a Creator accepts / starts work: the Brand may cancel and the held amount is returned to the Brand's Wallet in full.
• After work has started but before delivery: cancellation is by mutual agreement; any amount due for work already done may be payable to the Creator, with the balance returned to the Brand's Wallet.
• After the agreed content has been delivered/approved: the service is treated as rendered and is not refundable.
• Creator non-delivery: if a Creator fails to deliver as agreed, the held amount is returned to the Brand's Wallet.

4. Disputes

If a Brand and Creator disagree about a deal, either party may report it through the Platform. We will review the available information and decide whether to release the held funds to the Creator, refund them to the Brand's Wallet, or split them. Our decision is final for the purpose of releasing Platform-held funds, without prejudice to your other legal rights.

5. Creator Withdrawals (Payouts)

Creators may withdraw available Wallet earnings to their verified UPI/bank account, subject to completed KYC and any minimum withdrawal amount. Approved withdrawals are processed via Razorpay Payouts and typically credited within 1–7 business days, depending on banking timelines. If a payout fails (e.g. incorrect bank details), the amount is returned to your Wallet so you can retry with corrected details.

6. Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds to an external payment method are made through Razorpay to your original payment method. After approval, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days; the time for the amount to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. Refunds of Wallet-to-Wallet amounts are reflected immediately in the Wallet.

7. Non-Refundable Amounts

• Platform service fees / commission on completed transactions.
• Payment-gateway charges, where applicable.
• Services already rendered or content already delivered and accepted.

8. How to Request a Refund

Raise a support ticket in the app or email legal@creatorsbay.in with your registered email, the transaction/order ID, the deal reference and the reason. We will acknowledge within 24 hours and respond within a reasonable period, usually within 5–7 business days.

9. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, we may temporarily restrict your account while we investigate with Razorpay. Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may lead to suspension and recovery of amounts owed.
